The Transforming Within series is for individuals who have a willingness to look within and a desire to add time-proven tools to their process.

This series is a collection of three separate sessions that address the broad topics of Healing, Abundance, and Cleansing. Separately, the sessions are $20 each, but Lauren is making a bundle of all three available for $14.

What to expect:

Please make yourself comfortable for the session, guided by Lauren. Healing Within sessions are conducted with the goal of targeting the emotional pain that manifests physically, and using conscious thought to release the emotional pain we hold inside of our bodies. Sessions focus on using our breath, mindful awareness, and shifting the attention out of our thoughts and into our body.

Sessions are NOT therapy or coaching, nor are they a substitute for seeking professional help.

Each session is approximately 30 minutes in length. Sessions are a recorded video that you can watch as many times as you like.
