What to expect from your LOVE WITHIN SESSION:

Please make yourself comfortable for the session, guided by Lauren. Love Within sessions are conducted with the goal of harnessing the love that exists inside of you so that you can offer it to yourself and others, and heal your heart as you move forward. Sessions focus on using our breath, mindful awareness, and shifting the attention out of our thoughts and into our body.

Sessions are NOT therapy or coaching, nor are they a substitute for seeking professional help.

Each session is approximately 30 minutes in length. Sessions are not interactive, which means that your audio will be turned off, and your video is optional. When you purchase this session, you will receive an email with the Zoom link to attend.

All sessions take place on EASTERN TIME. It is your responsibility to translate your selected session to your time zone so you attend on the proper date and time.
